Detached House with Establishment

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the construction of a detached house. The object is located in the town of Markvartice in a gently sloping terrain, and it is conceived for families of four members. The family house is designed as a stand-alone, two-floor, with a partly made cellar. There is also a garage in the house. The main entrance is at the level of the 1st floor, and the entrance to the building is at the basement level. The main rooms are oriented to the south. Vertical structures are made of ceramic blocks. The ceiling construction is made of bricks with miako inserts and ceramic concrete joists. The detached house is topped by a shed roof. The project was prepared using the computer program AutoCAD. When processing, the emphasis was put on the correct layout, architectural solutions, static requirements and safe use of the building.

This Bachelor thesis solves the new building detached house in the new emerging area Bezrucova at the south end of town Polička. House has two floors. The structural systém consists of a clay block with integrated polystyrene HELUZ and clay precast floor slab HELUZ. The building roofed with a two warm flat roofs at different height levels. On the first floor there is a kitchen with dining area, living room, office, sanitary facilities and a double garage. On the second floor there are three rooms, bedrooms, dressing room, utility room and sanitary facilities. House is connected to the local road.

Bachelor thesis deals a project documentation of family duplex house in location Ceské Budejovice. The object is designed as a two-floor, without basement. The structural system of object is a ceramic bricks system, type of Therm (POROTHERM). The object has two flats. Shed roof – combination of two roofs (technical name is „Skillion roof“). Object has a rectangular shape.
Rehabilitation centre

The main target of the thesis is design of a new building of the rehabilitation center in Havlíčkův Brod. The rehabilitation center consists of three part. The main (middle) part has two above-ground floors and a basement with flat roof and the other two parts have only ground floor with green flat roof. The main middle part contains reception, café, laundry room storage, utility room, manager‘s office and outpatients doctor‘s office. In the left part there are hydrotherapy, ergotherapy, magnetotherapy and electrotherapy. In the right part there are fitness center and physiotherapy rooms. Vertical load-bearing structures are Made of Porotherm ceramic blocks (above-ground floors) and the Hollow concrete blocks filled with C20/25 and reinforcement B500B (basement). Horizontal load-bearing structures are made of the prestressed Spiroll ceiling panels. The building site contains also outdoor car park and garden with pond. The project and visualization were carried out in the ArchiCad and Lumion programme. All structures comply with the valid standards and regulations.
Masonry Family House in Ceske Budejovice

This bachelor’s thesis consists of a project of a two-floor family house in České Budějovice with a basement underneath part of it. The house will be used by a family of four. The family house has an atypical plan view with a flat roof above the second floor and also above the northern part of the first floor. In the basement, there is an inventory, a technical room and a gym. On the first floor in the northern part, you can find garage from which you can get to a corridor through a changing room. In the southern part of the house, there is a living room interconnected with a kitchen and a dining hall. The eastern part is formed by a bedroom with a separate bathroom and changing room. On the second floor, there are two children’s rooms, a workroom and a bathroom with a separate toilet. All rooms are connected by a corridor from which it is possible to go to a terrace that is located in the southern part of the house.

In the bedroom for children there is free entry into the outdoor terrace. The vertical brickwork is formed by concrete blocks LIATHERM 425 247x425X240 mm in a basement. Horská chata

The subject of this bachelor´s thesis is a design and project documentation of a two-floor chalet for rent capable to accommodate up to 10 people. The building is located in a town of a mountain area in the north of Czechia called Pec pod Sněžkou. From architectural point of view the building is intended to stand out by its luxurious appearance whilst using natural materials and finishes such as wood, stone and glass, thus respecting natural character of the surrounding. From structural point of view the building is designed as a wooden house – Avanta systeme, with a small basement (boiler room) and garage for 2 cars with concrete blocks walls, flat roof and sloped roof above a middle part of the building.
Apartment building

The main topic of this bachelor thesis is design of a new apartment building in Havlíčkův Brod. It is designed as a two-floor building with partial basement. The apartment building contains four separate apartments each of which is meant for a four member family. There is a partly walkable vegetation roof and the construction of the second floor above the first floor. Access to the walkable roof from the apartments in the second floor is available. The vertical supporting structures are ceramic Porotherm system and shuttering system filled with concrete C20/25 and reinforcement steel B500B. Ceiling structures are made from prestressed floor panels Spiroll. The outside parking is included on the building plot. Both the designs and visualization were elaborated in the ArchiCad software. The designs meet the valid standards and regulations.
